![]() This can happen with any app and ACDSee is certainly most interested to know about it. We can offer assistance troubleshooting and/or you may contact ACDSee Support. Your issue isn't widespread, and not necessarily because there is something wrong with your system, but it happens, which means there's something different than most people system's otherwise there would be a lot more people complaining. It was subsequently fixed, but apparently not entirely, but that is why I asked what build version you have. That was with the first released build of the app. ![]() I traced it back to one specific image file XMP sidecar. First time I tested the app, it crashed upon opening. All Ali is saying is that this isn't generalized application behavior. ![]()
